Went to the bar within the hotel. Great attentive staff. Artichoke dip was really good. Not crowded nice place to meet and talk. There is a kitchen for the bar, but didn't look at the menu. But people were watching. Not sure if people visiting the bar were hotel guests or just enjoying the bar. It was an older casual crowd. I felt like. Youngster but people seemed very nice.

At first I didn't think I'd be thrilled with my stay at the Crowne Place, but I ended up being very pleased. I was assigned a room two doors away from the ice machine which seemed loud during the day. I went back down to get a different room and asked for a higher number. At first the gal wanted to give me just one away from my previously assigned one. She hesitated regarding an option and when I asked what, she said it's a smaller room with only a queen. Considering it was only me I said that was no problem. That room is the best-kept secret! Ask for it on any floor. It is tucked up near the stair exit. There are just two rooms there. The pool is super small so I didn't avail use of it. The restaurant is good! And the hotel is not far from many shopping places. Starbucks is within walking distance. Overall, a great find. A comfortable stay. And quiet.

Good area with a chick-fil- a and an in-n-out across the street. We got there and the receptionist, Maria, was quick to upgrade us to a king for free and was so welcoming, kind, and upbeat! She made us aware of an exit closer to our room so we didn’t have to drag our large luggage through the lobby and across the hotel. (Which was so helpful) Our room was clean, surrounding rooms were quiet, and our bed was very comfortable. The pool is great! Quiet and refreshing. We went back down an hr till it closed and loved the lit up palm trees! I have to say that the Crown Plaza will be our new resting spot after our flights to Sacramento! I am so happy with our stay!

I've stayed here twice. It's consistently friendly and accommodating. Has everything I need to do business and very comfortable at a reasonable rate. Clean and roomy. The bartender, Robyn, makes the best cosmos!!

We have stayed at this location many times. The staff is amazing! Front desk, management, and restaurant... The service is great everywhere here. The kids really like the indoor/outdoor pool. Also, they have great breakfast and a nice bar. The location of the hotel makes it convenient to get on and off the freeway.
